Iron Tide Command
Iron Tide Command asks you to run a small fleet through increasingly tricky waters, balancing supplies, positioning, and when to pick a fight. It's a real-time-with-pause setup, and the pause is your best friend — the AI is clever enough to punish sloppy formations.
I appreciated that the tutorial doesn't drown you. It introduces one system at a time, and by the third mission you feel like an actual admiral instead of someone hitting buttons. The map screens are clean and readable even on a smaller phone, which matters for a genre that often crams too much on screen.
The campaign is meaty, and there's a skirmish mode for quick matches. My only gripe is that some later missions lean on trial and error, but the checkpoints are forgiving enough that it never got frustrating.
